Jennifer Goodrich, M.D.

Dr. Jennifer Goodrich is a native of Frederick, MD.  She completed her B.S. at Ursinus College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  After college, she attended Georgetown University School of Medicine, receiving her M.D. in 2008. 

Upon graduating from medical school, Dr. Goodrich was commissioned in the U.S. Navy and completed a 5 year residency in Otolaryngology from the National Capital Consortium in 2013She then practiced general Otolaryngology with the Navy in Japan from 2013-2016.   

Always with a passion and eye for detail, she pursued a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship from 2016-2018 under Dr. Brian Wong at University of California, IrvineDuring her 2 year fellowship, she specialized in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries and procedures, ranging from lasers, injectables, complex rhinoplasty, oculoplastics and aging face procedures. 

Dr. Goodrich then returned back to Maryland, where she continued to serve in the U.S. Navy as the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon for the D.C. metro area from 2018-2023During her tour at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, she served as Chair of the Otolaryngology Department for 2 yearsShe worked with and trained Otolaryngology, Oral Surgery and Ophthalmology residentsWhile at Walter Reed, she specialized in complex rhinoplasty, oculoplastics, Moh’s reconstruction and Facial Feminization Surgery. 

Dr. Goodrich separated from the military in 2023 after almost 16 years of honorable service and is currently practicing full spectrum Facial Plastic Surgery in Montgomery CountyShe believes in individualized treatment plans and creating a balanced, natural result which stands the test of time. 

In her free time, Dr. Goodrich enjoys spending time with her 2 active childrenShe is an active salsa dancer, enjoys playing beach volleyball, practices yoga and loves reading historical non-fiction.
